About Us

The Barricade Company and Traffic Supply, Inc., DBA "TBC Safety”, became an established business in March of 2000. Under the Ownership and Direction of Jennifer and Robert Pitts, TBC currently has three branch locations.

We specialize in Trench Shoring, Steel Plates, Traffic Supplies, Signs and Special Events equipment.

Santa Rosa, our corporate headquarters, houses our Manufacturing Operations along with Traffic & Trench Sales, Rental, Service, Custom Steel Fabrication and Complete Sign Shop.

The San Francisco location, which opened December 2005, offers our customers a second location with Wholesale & Retail Sales, Rental, Service and Complete Sign Shop.

San Jose, our newest location, opened December 2011. Functioning as a sales office we offer a small showroom and a South Bay will call location for smaller items located inside the Santa Clara Builders Exchange office building complex.

Woman owned and operated, TBC holds various certifications including WBE, SBE, LBE, HRC City and County of San Francisco and PUC.

TBC is Northern California's Largest Manufacturer of Traffic and Trench Construction Safety Equipment. Our customers are both public agencies and private end users. Our complete line of construction safety products offers both "above ground" and "below ground" construction safety equipment and warning devices.

Ever expanding and looking outside the box, TBC entered in to the special events market in 2010 offering a large inventory to handle special events crowd control, parking, temporary lighting and signage needs.

As a mass quantity, small-scale producer, TBC is large enough to handle large volume customer needs with a small business attention to quality service and superior products. We can also accommodate any custom specification requirement with ease.
